Can I machine-wash it? Canvas holds up to hand-washing or a gentle cycle; air-dry. We don't print a machine-wash claim on the tag, so if you have a strict laundry routine, ask us first.

Will my cat escape? The head-out design is open by design; the enclosure is on the back and bottom. At stops and on public transport, keep a hand on the drawstring.
